All software, algorithms, designs, and report content are the property of Hoop Call. Underlying sports data is sourced from publicly available APIs and remains the property of their respective owners.
The analytical model, data sources, scoring methodology, and features used to generate reports are subject to change at any time without notice. We make no guarantee that the model will perform consistently over time or that any specific data source will remain available. Past analysis is not indicative of future results. Hoop Call reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any aspect of the model at its sole discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoop Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@hoopcall.com.
